Arts Lab 3.0: Krista Lipska - Little bit of everything

Huge diversity of emotions, lots of ups and downs. A little bit of everything, sometimes maybe a bit too much and sometimes probably not enough. There is no one word, even a full sentence is not enough to describe how it felt, how it was and what this experience has given to me. Whole notebook with 350 pages has been filled with tasks, ideas, summaries, poetry and flow of thoughts and yet, not everything has been said in there. If memories and all the lessons would be stick-able to paper, surely it would take at least 5 times more space. All of it is truly precious, because some of them are captured in pictures, some of them are hiding in my small things left behind by my friends, small notes and vividly sparkly eyes kept in my memory as pictures of mind and soul. I am more than sure that without this experience I wouldn't have such a concentrated opportunity to lure out my strengths and get a better look into things that must be changed, a lot of skills picked up and full hands of inspiration to carry on. Still a lot of things shall be improved, but most importantly keeping in mind what has been done and what I am taking away from this.

As nobody has the power to take away connection and priceless friendships, as I was honored to have a great team which became my family here, this is my first catch. I am grateful till the core of my bones and heart to my international team - endless source of inspiration and support, and I couldn't be more grateful to the amazing local team, which did all the best by its means and even more to welcome me and give me a friendly shoulder when I truly needed it.

My second catch is my professional growth and gaining experience in fields which were important to me - as an artist and person overall. I have extended my mind and my inner world, made up some space in my mind and have opened new questions and tasks for myself to resolve and that is meaningful, because that leads to movement and movement is gathering living and exploring, which for artists is the essence to gain and seek inspiration.

A huge thank you to all people who came into my life during this experience, there are no words to say how much I will miss you, how much you mean to me and how much important life lessons I have learned from you! Sending loads of hugs and positive energy! :)
